The Washington Capitals defeated the Nashville Predators 4-1 last night. Eric Fehr scored two goals for Washington and Alex Ovechkin (1g, 1a), Nicklas Backstrom (1g, 1a) and Mikhail Grabovski (3a) each registered a multi-point game.

Grabovski made his Capitals home preseason debut last night, logging 15:10 of ice time and collecting three assists. The Potsdam, Germany, native has earned five points (5a) in two preseason games. Last night marked Grabovski’s second consecutive multi-point game. He earned two multi-point games in 2012-13 (48 games).
