The Washington Capitals face the St. Louis Blues tomorrow at Scottrade Center. Tomorrow’s game marks the second and final game between the teams this season and the first time Washington has visited St. Louis since Dec. 1, 2010. The Capitals defeated the Blues 4-1 at Verizon Center on Nov. 17, 2013, in the teams’ previous meeting this season. Washington has earned a point in six of its last eight games against St. Louis (5-2-1) and in nine of its last 10 games against Western Conference opponents. Alex Ovechkin has registered 11 points (4g, 7a) in eight career games against the Blues and Nicklas Backstrom has earned 10 points (4g, 6a) in seven career games against St. Louis.
